Prior to becoming a licensed realtor, I bought and sold land and horse properties in both Colorado and Arizona, when not working as a paralegal or helping my husband run our Electrical Contracting business, I located land for friends and family members to invest in, and built two homes.

These builders take great pride in their craft, and can work with you on a design that fits your specific needs. In addition, I can also assist in finding horse trainers, feed dealers, farriers, or any other needs specific to the horse owner.

My husband and I live on a small ranch outside of Colorado Springs and raise and show Reining and Reined Cow Horses. My husband is a native to the area, and I have resided in the Colorado Springs area since 1984. I understand the need in locating a property that works for your specific needs.
