 WELCOME TO MY COLORADO LAND, RANCH, AND REAL ESTATE BLOG!

This Blog was created to share my passion for land, ranch, and horse properties.  If you are someone who shares a passion for the Colorado landscape and have dreamed of owning a part of it, I invite you to read on.

My intention is to share with you the knowledge I have gained about the unique issues that apply to these types of properties, as well as sharing some of the unique opportunities that are available for some of these properties.  I will also be sharing news from the Alternative Energy Industry, Horse News, and news from “the Range”.  If there is something that is of interest to you that I have not shared, please feel free to contact me.

This Blog will give you information on land, ranch, and horse properties along the Front Range.  I work with Properties of Colorado which is located in Colorado Springs, voted “Best Big City to Live In’ by Money Magazine for 2006, and the “Best Place to Start a Business” by Forbes Magazine.  Colorado Springs boasts a wide array of cultural activities, with many museums, parks, boutique shops, equestrian events, schools, and several military installations.  What makes this city unique is the opportunity to enjoy country living, yet be within minutes of downtown.  The area shares its diverse landscapes, from rolling plains, to the “Black Forest”, to rocky canyons, to the high mountains; all with stunning views!!

I want you to know that I do not sell Real Estate……….what I sell is a lifestyle.  I raise and show Reining and Reined Cow Horses (along with a few buffalo), and I have personal experience in the process of selecting land and the perfect “site” to build the new home and barn.  I live the life of the properties and the people I represent and I have a passion for what I do!

I want you to know that Colorado is not a destination, it is a lifestyle.  I invite you to discover the incredible landscapes of jagged mountain peaks, red rock formations, dramatic canyons, rolling plains, and stunning sunsets.  This is truly a land of meditative beauty!
